A hearing for Special Use Permits will be held on Wednesday, May 17th at 7:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Township Hall, at 5173 Johnsfield Rd., Standish, Michigan.

The Special Use Permit is requested by Chase and Hillary Mitrzyk to operate a cannabis retail establishment for Commercial Medical Marijuana and Adult Use Marijuana sales. The property is located at 5366 W. M-61, Standish, Michigan, Tax Code # 006-0-005-300-005-05.  This property is located in the Highway Interchange District and is next to and across the street from two gas station/convenience stores.  Other adjacent property is agricultural land.
